One U.S. private equity firm sought support across the due diligence cycle for an Asian investment. For the pre-Letter of Intent (LOI) stage, Boston Analytics developed and executed a program that screened and short-listed opportunities, using extensive secondary and primary research to gather and analyze industry, regulatory, customer and competitor data. Using our in-depth screening models, the private equity firm compared and contrasted the key opportunities and selected an acquisition target.
