1. Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct industry, competitive, market and technology analysis
• Communicate regularly with associates in the Mumbai offices
• Develop research protocols and analytical frameworks
• Assist in the design and final presentation of all projects
• Actively contribute to the development of thought capital and/or intellectual property of Boston Analytics

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business management, economics or a similar analytical field
• Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative business research
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Manage all of Boston Analytics’ bookkeeping responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable and the preparation of accounts for tax purposes
• Maintain communication with and between all staff, vendors, and partners
• Assist in the preparation of legal and investor documents
• Assist in the development, design and production of Boston Analytics PR and marketing materials
• Assist in the development, production and possibly presentation of staff training materials

• 2 to 4 years of previous experience managing an office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
• Interest in start-ups or entrepreneurial enterprises
